Join us on Saturday, September 13, 2025, for MOVE FASD Albany — a free community FASD Awareness Walk hosted by Justice For Orphans (JFO) in partnership with FASD United.
📍 Albany Skyway | 19 Quackenbush Square, Albany, NY 12207
🗓️ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
This September, communities across the U.S. will join together for Move FASD 2025, a nationwide campaign to raise awareness about Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) — the most common, yet often invisible, developmental disability caused by prenatal alcohol exposure.
Here in New York’s Capital Region, we’ll gather at the Albany Skyway and walk together to put FASD in the spotlight, break stigma, and show support for children, families, and adults impacted by FASD.
👕 Free red FASD Awareness t-shirts will be available for those who register in advance!
Special Guest: Sandra Flach, host of The Adoption & Foster Care Journey Podcast and JFO’s FASD Program Director, will be walking with us. Sandra is a mom of eight, including two sons adopted internationally with an FASD — the driving force behind her passion to educate, advocate, and equip families.

Let’s move together to raise awareness, bring hope, and build a community of support for those impacted by FASD.
